Production and Shipping Information
All products at Shop Sunlight Productions are handcrafted to order. Standard production takes 2 to 3 business days for most items such as violin bridges, cello tailpieces, and bass thumb rests. Complex custom orders may require up to 14 days for specialized designs or intricate detailing. If we cannot ship your order within this timeframe, you receive a full refund including all fees. This guarantee applies to every custom order placed through our website.
Shipping typically takes 5 to 9 business days depending on your location. All packages include a tracking number that will be sent to your email as soon as the item ships from our California workshop. Free shipping is available on orders over 50 EUR. International customers are welcome and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. For bulk orders exceeding 2.5 pounds, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Accepted Payment Methods and Refund Policy
