9. California Automatic Renewal Law Compliance

Applicability for California Consumers: If you are a California resident, these Shop Sunlight Productions Terms and Conditions comply with the California Automatic Renewal Law (CARL), as amended by AB 2863, effective July 1, 2025 (Cal. Business & Professions Code § 17600 et seq.). This law applies to any automatic renewal or continuous service offers.

a) Clear and Conspicuous Disclosure

d) Annual Reminders and Fee Change Notices

For any automatic renewal plan with an initial term of one year or longer, we will send an annual reminder containing the product description, frequency and amount of charges, and cancellation methods. If any fees associated with your automatic renewal change, we will provide you with a clear notice of the change and information on how to cancel between seven (7) and thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.

10. Governing Law

These Shop Sunlight Productions Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted following the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law principles. For international customers, the application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sales of Goods is expressly excluded. 11. Dispute Resolution

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that any disputes arising between you and Shop Sunlight Productions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in California. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
